Aliens Ate My Homework

When it comes to our family movie nights in my home, we not only enjoy the movies we come across but also the movie related activities. These can include those fun printables available with certain titles, crafts we can do that go along with the movies and the games we come across too. So when we were given the chance to add some crafting fun along with music, a book and more to go with our Aliens Ate My Homework movie night, we were excited to check it all out!

With the selection of family fun activities we received in our family movie night kit, we found that we will be able to enjoy a variety of out of this world activities. This included a copy of the movie, Aliens Ate My Homework, the soundtrack to listen to while doing the activities, a fun Solar System Kit that is great for not only doing as a creative project for the kids but also a great teaching model, Aliens Ate My Homework book by Bruce Coville to add to our reading list, and a homework folder filled with alien inspired activity sheets!

After completing the activities and reading some of the book, we were able to begin watching the feature presentation for our family movie night, Aliens Ate My Homework! In this fun movie, we get a couple of middle schoolers who find themselves teaming up with a group of aliens in order to save the planet from destruction. The alien friends are tiny yet mighty officers from the Galactic Patrol, and inform the kids on a threat, one who is a alien villain who is disguised as a human, one that the kids know. Together they must hurry in order to save the world.

We found the movie to be a fun family movie filled with comedy, adventure and suspense and one that the kids are sure to enjoy watching over and over again! Along with the feature film, we also enjoyed the many bonus features that were included which includes the creation of the aliens and so much more! Making the choice to head out today and bring home your copy of the new movie, Aliens Ate My Homework to share with your kids, one that is sure to make your next family movie night a fun one to remember!

Ask him a question, and he's bound to give you an honest answer. Which is why when his teacher asks what happened to last night's math assignment, Rod has to give the only answer he can: "Aliens ate my homework, Miss Maloney!"

Of course, no one believes Rod this time, so they don't bother to ask him why the aliens are here which is just as well, since he is sworn to silence about their secret mission; and the fact that he has been drafted to help them.
